Executive, Corporate Affairs & Legal
Job Location: Dhaka
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Board meeting and AGM preparation (Agenda , minutes and circulation)
All the license and certification of the company need to be updated /renewal in due time
Responsible for prepare all the agreement of the company ( Distributor, vendor, third party and others)
Visa and work permit follow up and renewal for expatriates.
Responsible for company annual return submission to the RJSC.
Liaison with all the Govt. authority and others(BOI,SEC,RJSC, Legal firm, and others)
Will be a team member of the capital raising of the company (If any)
Responsible for keeping All the original document (Share certificate , license , certificate, meeting minutes, AGM minutes and agreement and others)
Monthly and half yearly reporting for status update (License, certificate, Legal Status, Board meeting and others)
TO WIN THIS JOB, YOU NEED TO HAVE
Masters in commerce (Accounting), MBA, CA (cc) from any reputed university
Minimum 2 years working experience in Chartered Accountant Firm
Working experience in Corporate Affairs will get preference
Ownership; make decisions, is accountable and capability to work independently
Able to work under pressure
Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
Speed in implementation, fast learner, Committed and Open
Good knowledge and moderate user of Ms Office and Internet
People oriented; able to work with various people specially as a team member
Fluency in verbal and written English
